To start moving from a Problem to Enlightenment...

1. Find unwanted characteristic, emotion or problem you or client wants to change.

2. We are going to be speaking directly to the problem part. Understand that communications from the characteristic, emotion, problem, part or aspect may come as a thought, feeling, bodily sensation, intuition or human voice.

3. Place the tips of your fingers on the “me” point of your chest (middle) and state the problem out loud. Example, "I experience (performance) anxiety around others when I think they can give, or withhold, something I want.”

Or even though, I lack relaxed courage, confidence and boldness around people I think can, give or withhold, something I want, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, my body, my personality and the fact that I lack relaxed courage, confidence and boldness around people I think can give, or withhold, something I want.

4. As you take a deep breath, ask this part, this aspect of you, in charge of this behavior, to manifest as fully and completely as it can. Thank this part of you. You know this part has good intentions for/toward you, because it is a part of you. Thank it now, for manifesting strongly and completely so we can communicate!

5. To help this part manifest the feeling strongly, give a short description of three different situations where you experienced the problem. (Eyes can be opened or closed)

6. Associate specifically into the most intense experience of the problem. See from your eyes what you saw that time, feel what you felt and hear what you heard!

7. From being in the feeling as much as possible, "Where do you feel that in your body or outside the body? Where is it?"

8. On the scale from 0 (no charge) -to- 10 (paralysis), what number you would give it? How big is it? What are its colour, shape, and size? How much does it weight? How old is it? How strong is it? Does it have any level of awareness?"

Remember if there is difficulty doing this, pretend - If it had some color, what color it would be? If it had the strength, how strong would it be?" Etc.

9. Ask the part: “What is the positive intention behind this behavior? What goal is this behavior attempting to get for me?' What do you want for me? (Pay attention to anything that comes up like an answer: images, feelings-bodily sensations, emotions. Accept the first one!)

10. Write down the answer. That is the first desire (link in the chain).

11. Thank this Part for the answer. Verbally say 'Thank you' to this part for communicating with you."

12. Imagine and have this Part enter into a situation/experience in which that first desire has been completely satisfied and fulfilled. Enter into the completed experience as deeply as possible (See, Hear, and Feel-body sensation what it is like). Ask the part: "Now, what desire do you want for me that is more important, more valuable, deeper, and HIGHER than (Name last desire)?" Write down the answer. It is the next desire (link in the chain). Thank the part for communicating.

13. Repeat the same questions until you (or the client) come to the final desire (link in the chain). It will be some core state, like "Peace", "Complete peace", "Truth", "My true being", "God", "Oneness", "Unity", "Love", "Light", "Golden light" ", "Harmony with the entire world", "True I", "I am", "Grace of God", "All is as it should be", "One", etc. You will be at the last link when there is no higher desire; there is nothing beyond it.

14. Describe in your own words that “NOTHING”, which is beyond the last highest desire. "How would you describe that NOTHING? Emptiness? Just Nothing? Void? Silence? Etc… Accept any answer: "Now, enter that Nothingness/Emptiness and feel it fully and completely! Identify with it; feel you are one with it! Feel that it is the Essence of your Being.

15. Spend time (1-2 minutes) in the Void (Nothingness, Emptiness, etc.), Then: "Let's see how that (Nothingness, Emptiness, Void...whatever) would change the previous desire on the chain? Enter that last desire from the position of being the Nothingness and see how being the Nothingness transforms and changes (...the highest desire- last link in the chain)?

16. Go down the chain of desires until you come to the original problem that you started the process with. "How does your awareness of Nothingness, as the Essence of your Being, change the problem/desire you started the process with (name the unwanted state you started from, the problem). As you do the process thoroughly, the problem (unwanted state) vanishes.

17. Repeat the beginning problem/issue out loud, "I experience (performance) anxiety around others when I think they can give, or withhold, something I want.” Notice what has happened to the charge (0-10) and other aspects of the problem. (It could and usually is gone.)

18. If the problem/issue is not completely gone, then you look for any opposing Parts and address all parts at once and ask them: "Is there any Part of me which doesn't want this previous Part to be integrated?" If there is some…, you must repeat the same process with it!

19. If there is no opposition, but the beginning problem/issue has not vanished, you will want to do the MULTIPLE VIEWPOINT PROCESSING, which is the process from all other relevant points of view. For example, if it was bad relationship, do the process from the other’s point of view. In our example, do the process from the position of an authority figure that can give or withhold something.

20. Last important step: Expand the new state into infinity from the front, back, right, left, bottom, top and internally.
