Tips For Setting Goals - Why Is It So Hard?

There are two reasons for this, one that seems to be the main reason and a second reason that really is the underlying main reason.Why it is so hard! - The first reason it is so hard is not the main reason, but it is enough to make setting and achieving goals difficult. This is that people do not have a clear understanding of what they really want. They don't have a well formed goal. (Like My Grampa Vetter would say, "No one knows if you’re a good shot until you have something to aim at.")
- The second reason is the main reason many people do not go about setting goals - it is "resistance". Resistance to setting goals can be overcome by setting a well formed goal, but resistance to actually taking the appropriate actions toward a well formed goal is the underlying cause of why people seldom set goals, and when they do, very rarely accomplish them.
The Answer that makes it easy!The answer is removing the resistance - the resistance to defining or determining what our well formed goal is, what it will look, sound and feel like, and the resistance that keeps us from going full out. You know that resistance that makes us hesitate and doubt ourselves. So, how do we remove the resistance? Here are a few technologies that have the ability to remove the resistance.
