2) Fill with resources that you would need to be the perfect person you can imagine.

3) Imagine you are filling the tower with each specific resource. Notice the way it fills to send or flow the specific resource into the Tower of Power.

4) You may even give each resource a color and notice how the color of your Tower of Power changes as you add each resource. (It is useful to energy test each color/resource so you can get the best resources for yourself.)

These are just an example. There is a way to get your "Perfect 10" Tower of Power. That's another class. (Confidence, enlightenment, observant, flow, mentally quick, humorous, sexy, magnetic, charming, charismatic, curious, happy, healthy, wealthy, prosperous, abundant, and wise, etc.)

5) Step into your Tower of Power, taking your time, allow the Tower of Power to move, flood, penetrate your being so that you can feel the combination of all the new resources working together. Bask in this new feeling.

6) Step out of your Tower of Power, leaving all the new resource behind. Go to neutral.

7) Then step back into your Tower of Power and re-experience it as completely as possible.

8) Step out and go to neutral. Then step back in fill up with the feeling of the new Tower of Power and multiple the feeling by 10 and notice you can have this resource anywhere and any situation you decide to step into your Tower of Power and carry it with you as you need it.
